tegater 789 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Share Posted February 3, 2012 Although I completely understand why gamekeepers feel the need to do this, (as an ex gamekeeper) but in this day and age of mobile phone cameras, trail cameras, pinhead cameras, microwave cameras, infrared cameras etc etc etc, I am amazed some still resort to this method, that is 100% guaranteed to catch the person setting the trap, if it is discovered. events co-ordinator 353 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Share Posted February 3, 2012 Once you are convicted of a wildlife crime you cannot use the general licence to trap corvids or use it to shoot pigeons corvids etc and he will possibly lose his sgc and fac so if he can't trap them or shoot them how can he keep down vermin?
